Exercise for Energy Tip

This summer try heading out to local trails to get exercise from taking a hike. Before you leave for your hike make sure you prepare yourself with the necessary equipment. A backpack, water bottle, pedometer, compass, survival bars, and a map of the hiking trail will all be useful to you when you’re out on the trails. Don’t forget to wear sturdy hiking boots and use walking sticks to help in rough terrain. I would suggest to anyone who is trying hiking for the first time to use a trail on level ground until you’ve built up strength since walking hills can be quite taxing.
